S2E41 Oasana - Escape Medical Tyranny with Private Health Tourism
welcome back to the aaron day show this is season two episode forty one and tonight is a very exciting show i'm going to show a preview of a medical tourism marketplace which will be promoting xeno and freedom dollar and you know potentially other assets on the xeno ecosystem as potential payment you know we've been talking the last couple of episodes and by the way i'm in salt lake city right now. So, you know, in the past, when I've been traveling and doing a podcast, I've had some issues with live streams, the internet access has been okay, but not great. So if it's possible that I might get disconnected and have to connect back in. So just understand that's what's that's what's going on. And we don't have the obviously the full setup here, although I did bring my mic and actually most of my computer equipment so i don't have the normal you know presentation that i would normally go through um but what i do have is i'll give you a preview of of a slideshow that i'm gonna have running at the brownstone institute so we're sponsoring this brownstone institute gala here in salt lake city we're gonna have a table i mean it's gonna be kind of a low-key table so usually these things it's all about the brownstone event but it's gonna be a place where people can start to learn about what the daylight freedom foundation So what I'm going to show you here is essentially going to be the basis of a self-running presentation. But as I've been talking about for the last several podcasts, this is what I've been building towards is this kind of November one launch date as our soft launch of all of the things that we've been building up to to this point. And the purpose of what we're doing is to try to build a movement of people that are actually interested in reclaiming their free will, taking back their free will. People that are sick of politics understand that there's no way you can vote your way out, are sick of watching constant rage bait, where people sit around and argue over who's responsible for what's wrong with the world, while endeavoring to do absolutely nothing about it. the complaining about it doesn't fix things. And to the extent that the idea that most of the complaining is about influencing politics, it hasn't. So it's just wasted time, and wasted energy, and I've gotten sick of it myself. And so I've been spending a lot of my time, one on focusing on what the real problem is, which is technocracy. But then more so lately, spending more of my time on creating solutions to help people get out of the current situation. Because I found as people hear more and more about what's going on and they see the economy and AI and technocracy and these other things, they tend to get to the point where they kind of throw their hands up and say, well, I guess it's inevitable. And people aren't fighting back. And in some cases, they're resigned to, well, I guess Peter Thiel's better than Bill Gates, so I guess we're going to have technocracy. And none of that is true. We have free will. We have the ability to build better alternative systems than what we currently have today, let alone certainly better than the complete digital prison that is mostly built already around us. I'm going to go through very quickly what the what this, you know, again, self running slideshow, but I'll kind of narrate a little bit about what the overview is of what what we're doing. And the whole point of this, and this is my wife and I that started this a while ago, the whole point of daylight freedom is to empower free will, and to build alternatives to technocracy. And as I've said several times, and most people aren't aware of this, but the real battle is freedom versus technocracy. This is the only real battle right now. It's not Republicans versus Democrats. It's not China versus the US or any of these other manufactured conflicts. I mean, there's some people who say, oh, it's the neocons. It's this. No, there is a movement. that's been going on for the last ninety years that's a network of people that are pushing an ideology of a centralized global government where technocrats control everything. And technocrats are just scientists and engineers who are put into this position of ultimate authority to make decisions for all of us. And the way this gets implemented, as I said, this is an idea that started over ninety years ago, And even at the time, ninety years ago, the idea was, hey, we're going to change the economy and we're going to move to for away from this price based system where people buy things based on supply and demand. And we're going to implement an energy credit system, which what today would we look at that as a carbon credit system? That idea goes back ninety years and then the idea is once you control the currency through energy credits then you have a social credit system where scientists and engineers determine what behaviors you're allowed to have in your life and in essence determine whether or not you even have free will because if you can't make decisions in your life that aren't pre-selected by scientists and engineers and by the way the scientists and engineers that part of the equation has evolved where the scientists and engineers will now be replaced by AGI, artificial general intelligence. So what's really at stake in this freedom versus technocracy war is free will itself. And so it's critical to focus on what the problem is so that you can understand what types of solutions are available. We're not going to vote our way out. And I'm not going to talk about that in detail today. I've talked about it before. My wife and I'll do one final long lay down of this in terms for those that are newly believing that politics is what you learned in elementary school or what you see on TV. It's not. You have to deal with the political situation as it is, and it's unwinnable. But the funny thing is there are people that believe that we won this last election and that we're going to restore civilization as a result of the election. And the reality is technocracy has accelerated at ten times the pace under the Trump administration than it did previously under the Biden administration. And what's worse is there's no resistance. And in fact, I would argue MAGA and Maha are now complicit in pushing technocracy and probably may or may not know it. So that's not a solution. But it's it's time to stop asking for, you know, forgiveness or permission, it's time to build and not beg. So on that topic of Maha, medical freedom, we own our own health. There is no permission needed. Nor should you be asking for forgiveness. This is a fundamental component. We own our body and our decisions. about it. And in this healthcare realm, the technocracy has expanded at an alarming rate, more so than I even thought at the beginning of the year. And we've been digging into this into the in these technocracy roundtables, and probably two or three of the last podcasts that I've done, I've gone into great detail on this, but we're in a situation now where Palantir is building a healthcare database nationwide. They're already building a healthcare database for the National Health Service in the UK, which a lot of people don't know. And they're starting to marry the civilian data with the military information that they're collecting. as they're already a contractor for the CIA and other entities. And Trump has greenlit Palantir to build a database of Americans. And this is not innocuous, because then you have on top of that, you have Operation Stargate with Larry Ellison and Oracle, which is the database that the Federal Reserve uses, one of the databases the CIA uses. and Sam Altman. And the idea is to build a complete centralized system where we are all scored, where healthcare decisions and what is available to us will be determined algorithmically. AI is already, and I'm not anti AI, as you probably know, kind of, it's like with all technology, just like with digital currency, big, enemy of CBDCs and government regulated stable coins, but I love privacy coins. Again, technology can go either way. But AI is not being implemented in a way that is pro-human, or pro free will, it's being used by companies like United Healthcare and Cigna to automatically deny claims and then it's used as the appeal. If you if you appeal, if you don't like the decision that the AI made, you get to appeal to the AI. It's been estimated that up to ninety percent of the Medicare Advantage claims that have been submitted to United Healthcare were rejected. And this is the source of an ongoing lawsuit. So now, you know, these insurance companies are really slow to pay out, but they're processing these claims now in point two seconds and using these algorithms primarily to reject payment or to reject service. Next year, starting in Q one, Medicare and Medicaid are going to begin implementing AI. And again, you know, the problem is some people are like, Oh, yeah, this is going to be about cost savings. And certainly, the government shouldn't be in healthcare at all. The question isn't whether we should be applying AI to Medicare, Medicaid, we shouldn't have the government involved in health care. In what started out as a small measure to provide relief to a small percentage of the population, the government is now the largest purchaser of health care services in the United States, of every dollar spent on health care is paid for by the government. And so they now set all the prices. They set all the terms. And then what they do filters into the private insurance market. And they're moving to AI. And they are moving to wearables. This is the opposite of medical freedom. I don't care whether they remove COVID vaccine from the schedule or not. This implementation of AI in the healthcare system is a million times worse than whatever modifications might be made to the COVID vaccine. And it's happening right now under this administration that people thought was going to bring medical freedom to the world, or to the country at least. So the five values for daylight freedom, I mean, we're building this as a, this is kind of, again, it's a movement. The idea behind it is to empower people, but it's based on these core ideas of free will. And I've been talking about this a lot, decentralization. So free will versus determinism. This is actually, this may sound trivial. It's actually the most important element of this. The people that are pushing technocracy do not believe in free will. This is a whole debate that's been going on in the healthcare realm for twenty five hundred years. Are humans something unique and special that are, from a health perspective, are naturally self-healing and that should be nurtured to self-healing? Our inherent ability to heal should be supported by other modalities? Or are we just simply machines where a one size fits all approach should be applied. That idea, that debate goes back twenty five hundred years and now it's here again. And the technocrats don't have a view of human first or that there's anything special about humans. And there are a lot of implications for that moving forward. So this is kind of a belief in determinism. It's a it's a belief that we are machines. And then as machines, this is now moves into kind of another, another realm of, you know, transhumanism, which is a good, interesting separate conversation to have. But if there is nothing unique or primary about humanity or consciousness, then there are a lot of atrocities that come out of that. The other value is decentralization over centralization. And I'm not just defining these as the opposites of technocracy. I had these four values, and then we just recently added beauty before I was talking about technocracy or even looking into technocracy. But technocracy is the ultimate in centralization. It's everything under . central global control. And now, that would be under the control of AGI. That is the endpoint of that. And so the whole approach is decentralized. It's a belief in abundance versus manufactured scarcity, so much of all of these systems. So much of technocracy is based on the idea of we are facing an existential energy crisis. And therefore, we have to use as the basis of our currency a carbon credit system so that we don't exhaust these natural resources and basically go extinct. These things are all manufactured scarcities. And if you're in a position where you're always thinking about survival instead of creation, then you will find yourself in a position where, lo and behold, you will need those survival skills. So I think very much we can create, and there is infinite abundance out there and infinite things that are possible, but it's a mind shift component. The other is love versus fear. So much of all of politics and even technocracy is around fear. But we should approach things from the standpoint of love. which is a difficult one from time to time, and particularly even when you're dealing with these enemies that are possibly trying to kill you, there's kind of a reflection that they have free will too, and they're going along their journey. So the idea is to help to empower them to understand the nature of what's going on as well. And then the last is beauty, which I put on there just because what's been going on with technocracy and you've probably seen this with design and with corporations anyway, particularly the Fortune five hundred. There's been this move to homogenize everything. Cars look the same. Car colors are the same. Logos are the same. Everything is this minimalist aesthetic. And I appreciate good user interface and clean user interface. But it doesn't have to be this like brutalistic, ugly, I mean, not ugly, but just it's just plain, there's nothing to it. So kind of valuing valuing that as well. And so with all the initiatives that we're building, I mean, they each have their own brand, which by the way, the brands that we have right now are not not the ultimate brands. But But I do want to focus on the beauty aspect of it as well. So Daily Freedom Foundation is really the gateway to these new parallel systems. And you can learn more at the portal site for everything. Because what's complicated about this is somebody say, oh, what are you working on? It's like, all right, here are six websites. no one's going to remember that so daylightfreedom.org is essentially the gateway to all of the initiatives that are going on all of the new projects and this is where you're going to be able to go to keep track of everything and so you can sign up for the email list and everything but but also this is where you can see everything that's going on i'll go into the individual sites so we have thearendayshow.com and this is obviously if you're listening to this you're listening to thearendayshow.com but this is um This is the primary outlet right now for for getting content out, which we are now doing twice a week at six p.m. Eastern Time on Monday and Thursday. And, you know, we've added quite a bit of functionality to this and I'm going to continue to move. By the way, I'd appreciate it if you would like and share this. We're at two hundred viewers, which is which is a pathetically small number. This content is is. highly shadow banned. I am on my list of things to do is to test and actually demonstrate how these themes related to technocracy are phenomenally suppressed. And it's interesting, even the last podcast that we did, I mean, we had people like Mike Adams retweeted and saw the agorist and everything else. It's just it's it's even with a lot of support. It just isn't getting the reach. So, you know, again, Elon controls the, quote, freedom of reach. And that is determined very much arbitrarily at the end of the day. And he is one of the largest technocrats in the world. So it is what it is. So but I but on the site, you can watch the episodes live. You can comment as its own commenting system. But all of the content is there. So every one of the episodes is there. You can search the transcripts. You can search all the episodes by tags. You can comment on all of the episodes even once the live component of it is done. You can see all my other interviews. that I've done on other shows. This is a place where if you're interested in trying to book me for an event or for a speaking engagement or something, there are forms for that. Or if you want to speak on the podcast, which I'm getting probably two or three inquiries a day now all of a sudden for this. So apparently a lot of people want to be on this show, which is great, although a lot of the requests are not particularly targeted. So, you know, as long as it's within the exposing technocracy or helping people reclaim their free will or building parallel systems i'm interested uh in that and there have been a few interesting people that came across that i you know i may very well have on but you can find that information as well at the aaron day show uh the music that I plan these episodes is there. Memes and slides. For recent episodes, I didn't do this back in the day, but probably for the last four or five episodes or so, I've started to put the slides and also the images up there. And then we have the First Principles Project, which is a project to create a kind of a debate series with the basic premise being that America One.O is finished. the default that we're going to fail into as a technocracy, that's probably not a great outcome. So the idea is to have a series of not debates, but discourses on fundamental topics, first principles topics like free will and the nature of government and so forth, not for the purpose of trying to come up with a singular best solution, but for the purpose of to help everybody who's thinking about this at least think about it from first principles, as opposed to repeating some of the same mistakes over and over again. Or at least once you have a dialogue about first principles, you can start to understand what the first principles are of the people that are pushing technocracy. We then have freedomforge.io. And this is a site that is dedicated to two things. One, educating people about the Zeno ecosystem. So getting on board, downloading wallets, how to acquire FreedomDollar and use FreedomDollar, how to get a... debit card that you can use with xeno and freedom dollar and there's going to be an increasing library these are all these sites are free by the way but increasing library of free guides and videos so just at the core to help people understand how to use these things you can also inquire about workshops A lot of people want me to do workshops and which I've done in the past. I'm going to do workshops. I'm scheduling one for Lexington, Kentucky. I'm probably going to do only like one per quarter and I want to do larger, more impactful events. And I'll have more details on this as this comes. But my goal is to get as many people on board as possible. And having spent a lot of this year and certainly a lot of last year traveling and doing workshops, you just can't reach that many people. And so, you know, if we're trying to reach hundreds of thousands, millions of people not going to be able to do it with workshops, but the workshops are important. And I might structure this where you know we'll have online workshops and online guides and then you know for maybe for a more advanced approach and it's not even necessarily more technically advanced but maybe for people that want to meet and discuss how to start new businesses or new projects they're going to be more involved events i think an in-person event should be uh much more involved than just, you know, here's how to download a wallet, which isn't to say it's not useful to do those. But, you know, some of the basic stuff can be done not in person. But I do think it's important to do community building and the community building can only happen in person. So looking forward to that. And so want to want to continue. Well, so continue to do those probably one per quarter. But you can go to the workshops tab and you can actually select what you're interested in. I mean, I'll customize the workshop based on the audience and the situation. You can also, on this site, learn how to sell with Zeno. So you can integrate a point of sale system into your website so that you can start accepting Zeno and Freedom Dollar as a payment. And then what I do here is I outline threats and counters to threats. So the whole point of this is technocracy. And so for people who say, well, it's inevitable, we can't do anything about it, that's just completely not true. And so what I've done on the site is I've laid out, well, here are some threats. And people can submit their own threats and their own counters to these threats. But for instance, stablecoins that are government regulated. where CBDCs are a threat, a technocratic threat. These are threats where your money becomes completely programmable and censorable. It is a massive blow against freedom. Well, what is a counter to that? A counter to that is Freedom Dollar. Freedom Dollar is a stable coin, but it's completely private and it's not backed by U.S. treasuries. Tonight, we're going to talk about OSR, which is a medical tourism marketplace. So people who say, well, you know, how are we going to stop this centralized health care now that the government is essentially controlling health care and they're going to implement AI and wearables? Here's the answer. Opt out. Don't use it. Take a global approach. Work outside of the system. At some point, it's not starting like this, but I can see a time where we may have black market health care services if the mandates continue where they're going. But the point is, as we talked about in the last two podcasts, once you understand medical tourism, once you understand how much you're getting fleeced, how bad the outcomes are, and that there are other outcomes available, Just opening your eyes to that on the healthcare side, everything is like that. Food is like that. Everything that the technocrats are doing can be done better. And it can be done in a way that is private and decentralized. So I wanted this site to be a place not just for me to launch projects. I mean, when I launch these things, I'm not even sure what I'm going to do with all these. I have six projects. And I can mint a lot of these projects. I obviously can't run or maintain all of them. So there's kind of a question of that. And my goal isn't even to, I mean, these are free projects. I mean, the medical tourism marketplace, there's no underlying business model. to it. But I'm launching these things because they have to be built. We need private, decentralized alternatives to these technocratic threats. And so my goal is to inspire people to think about, to start thinking about tokenization. And as they learn more about Zeno, as they learn more about tokenization, as they use it more, people are going to come up with their own ideas. And I think that for a lot of people like, well, how am I going to make money outside of this existing system? There's an infinite amount of opportunity. And so Freedom Forge is the site where we're going to try to capture that. OSR is the health care marketplace that we're going to be talking about tonight, which is critically important. I mean, I can't stress enough how critically important it is. Once you dig into, as we did in the technocracy roundtable, these horror stories about people being denied care all over the country and the lawsuits that are now coming on because of the way AI is being applied to insurance, And now knowing that AI is being implemented with Medicare and Medicaid, this is a situation where if you don't start extracting yourself from the current system and learn about alternatives, people might get stuck or at least have the perception that they're stuck. This is why I prioritize this as amongst all projects as the one to kind of push out there. So I'll be showing you this tonight. You can go to OASARA.com, O-A-S-A-R-A.com, and you can sign up to get early access to this. I'm not launching this yet. I could launch it, but I want to actually spend more time making sure that all of the information that's in there is completely accurate and up to date. Now, it's tough to stay on top of all the different... doctors and options out there, but I want to make sure that at least we get started on the right foot. So I'm not launching with this today, but I will show you a live version of it, and you can sign up for early access. But essentially, this is going to be a place where you will be able to see all of the global options. You'll be able to see rating systems, prices, and there's a medical tourism guide that will explain how all this works, what to look for, a lot of the content that I talked about last week, but then expanded on. My real goal is this, it's to make this the best site for medical tourism information and the way that will get Zeno and Freedom Dollar implemented is I've added a request Zeno button. So if somebody's like, okay, I wanna go to this hospital in Abu Dhabi, but I wanna use Zeno, then you can just click request Zeno and an email will automatically be sent to that facility or to that doctor. So this is a way that I wanna use the site as kind of a big information site, a high quality information that anybody can use. but as a way to start sending demand to these facilities and providers of medical tourism. And then with the idea that, oh, then they'll look at, oh, what is all this about? And then there's going to be a very easy to use sign up page for onboarding medical tourism folks to this. So that's the approach that I'm taking. I could have done it a whole variety of other ways, but I thought this would be a better approach. The next area that we focus on is, and I harp on this a lot, is trying to show people that we already own nothing to Klaus Schwab's comment. And this has been done contractually through online click wrap agreements, or in some cases, we're subject to agreements like package inserts for pharmaceuticals that we didn't even sign. And when you we sign over two hundred of these a year and when you actually read them, which nobody does because you couldn't, it would take too much time. You'll find out you've given away your privacy, you've given away your information. In many cases, you've given away your economic ownership and your voting rights, for instance, with your four or one case and your ETFs. You're already not voting these things. You've already given that control contractually. to blackrock and vanguard and others but in the event of a financial collapse based on how these agreements are structured the creditor the largest banks that your broker owes money to or it will end up with your stocks in your retirement portfolio and most people don't know this but that's just one example this is in all all categories it's been a systematic fleecing of our rights under our nose, but wrapped in this, well, it's legal, right? We're using the rule of law, and the whole thing is a scam. The whole point of the site ownnothing.org is for you to be able to ultimately go through and say, oh, I have this contract, this contract, this contract, and it'll tell you how many rights you've given away. It'll give you a score. So instead of having to read a fifty-page document, you'll see, you know, based on these five criteria or whatever they are, this is where you stand on this, and then you can see overall how much you've given up for your whole portfolio of contracts that you've signed. And it won't take very long for people to see after you look at this that Whatever it is you think you're holding onto, you already don't own. And that's a critical point to get to, because a lot of people are playing defense. There's that meme of a raccoon kind of protecting a trash can. And that's essentially what's going on right now. That's what people are doing. They're holding onto an illusion of what America was, not realizing that in reality, you've already given away your rights. You don't own any of these things. The Constitution has been dead for decades. And the sooner you get to that point, the sooner you can stop wasting your energy within that system and start working on alternatives. Then we have Technocracy Atlas, which I talked about in the last episode, technocracyatlas.com or org, I can't remember which one. Anyway, this will be launching November the tenth, the first version of it. And what I've done is I've indexed and cataloged ten thousand different articles and books on technocracy and then made it so that you can you can chat with it through AI. And as we've been talking about AI, I mean, yeah, most of these AI models are flawed because they've been trained on bad data. But you can use the actual AI and its ability to do chat and to analyze text, and you can apply it to your own data. And furthermore, if you find the right model to use, it's censorship resistant. You're not going to get the filtration that you get. So my first point with this technocracy atlas is let's consolidate all of the information that we can get and then make it easy for people to search. And then beyond that, we're going to build tools like graph databases and things where people can map out connections. Because so much of the problem that we have is the technocrats already have all of the information on us. They're the ones building all of these databases. They know everything about us. We don't know anything about them. But we get into these battles of, well, who is they? And then everybody has a conspiracy theory about it. And then people get wedded into these camps. Here's an idea. If we want to know who the technocrats are, why don't we map it all out? Why don't we put the information in a database? Why don't we fact check the information and have an open source ability to crowdsource who these people are and how they're interconnected? So there's no more mystery behind it. And by the way, it's a network of people people and organizations it isn't one particular thing it is a it's a moving network of people that do share an ideology although they will fight like hell amongst you know themselves so technocracy atlas uh is is the site and so again it'll be launching in whatever ten days or so the first version. And then with all of these sites, they'll be obviously building and getting better over time. But I think this is going to be a good first step so that we can at least consolidate information. It's hard to get access to information about technocracy. Patrick Wood should be a household name. And the work that he's put together, everybody should know about it. And unfortunately, you're not going to find it in a textbook. You're not going to find it taught in a course. You're not going to find it in college. And you're not going to find the media talking about it. And then you're going to find that the people that run the tech companies that control the algorithms, who are technocrats, probably don't favor that information. So so there's a lot of phenomenal information out there that's been compiled over over the decades. And so I think it's important to to make that information easily accessible and free for everyone. And then one of the other projects that daylight freedom has is kind of a legacy project is is I'm actually now rebranding it. I'm saying we're defending our anti-technocracy POWs. It used to be that it was anti-crypto. Are we fighting the government who's anti-crypto? Are they anti this or anti that? It's really part of technocracy. When you really understand why these people were targeted, as I've been saying over and over again, These three guys in particular were targeted because the Biden administration had an executive order and they wanted a CBDC. And if you're going to put out a CBDC, you want to shut down the competition. And these three people are three of the best people on the planet at promoting alternatives to centralized technocratic money. And so I'm going to continue to spend time raising awareness I'm obviously very grateful that Roger was able to settle his situation, but we still have Ian Freeman and Roman Storm. And I'm not going to take on every case. I mean, I'm going to take on the cases that are directly relevant to what I know about or people that I know, just because it's not that I have any particular domain expertise in doing this. But it's just we have to stick by the people that are speaking the truth and are speaking out. And so I will continue to do that. And the Daylight Freedom Foundation will continue to do that. So that is a quick overview of the Daylight Freedom Foundation. And as I said, this will be a this will be a shorter. I'm actually technically supposed to be somewhere else in a couple of hours, but I'm going to have to miss that tonight. So I'm going to now pull up the preview of the Osana website. This is on my computer. Again, I could push it live at any point, but I'm not ready to yet. All right, let me make sure we can see this. All right, can everybody see this? All right, there we go. You know what, I'm going to reduce myself. I'm going to go into a small corner here, all right, so that it's a little bit easier to see. And all right. So here's the idea. So already what we've built is an interactive map with five hundred and eighteen facilities across the world that provide medical tourism services. And what we started with are these JCI certified facilities. There are others we're going to be adding more. One of the things that I need to understand more is the different kinds of accreditation. I mean, I've spoken a lot about the benefits of medical tourism. But of course, there are also horror stories, too. There are examples of cartels. kidnapping and murdering people and harvesting people's organs. I mean, this isn't always, you know, a positive one way street. And so I wanted to start with the facilities that are accredited and that have transparent information regarding outcomes. But that's not to say that we're going to stop at that. I just wanted to kick this off right, and I don't want to provide information out of the gates until we understand what's going on and until we can actually better control and monitor the reputation management system aspect of this. And so as you see here, so these are clustered by... region. And what's interesting, as I talked about in the podcast, it's just fascinating to see where these pockets have emerged. So Turkey is a huge pocket for medical tourism. Dubai is a big up and comer. You have also Thailand, which is actually the largest provider of medical tourism services. in the world over eight point three billion dollars, I believe, per year out of Thailand. I found that to be absolutely fascinating. And so what you can do is you can go in here and you can say you can search. By country. You can search by specialty. And then so if you're looking for cancer treatment, OK, there you go. We haven't narrowed it down. We've kept it globally. So there are two hundred and one facilities. So you'll note that. So if I remove any specialties whatsoever and if we start at the beginning, there are five hundred and eighteen facilities across the globe representing thirty nine countries. And so then as we kind of break this down more, if you're interested in, for instance, stem cell therapy, which is not legal here, then you can sort that and you can find, all right, well, there are forty two facilities in thirty nine countries offering stem cell treatment. And then you can go through and take a look at South Korea is big in this area. Peking, China has a facility, another one in South Korea, another one in China. So again, you can search by specialty. You can actually type in what you're looking for. So somebody in the comments said dental. So I can just type in dental and search dental. it will give me all of the facilities so I can segment it by country segmented by specialty, I can just search. So all of the information is here. And what we've done is And I don't have all of this data yet either. We don't have all of the individual doctors. So they make this information difficult to obtain. But we do have, and I'm building this out right now, which is part of why I want to wait to launch the whole thing. But Tijuana Hospital has sixty doctors. So you're going to be able to drill in here. Not just at the level of the facility, but then you're going to be able to drill in and actually see the medical staff itself. And we're pulling in information from other sources regarding ratings for now. But ultimately, there's going to be the ability to use an escrow system and actually use verified transactions that happen through xeno or freedom dollar in the future to actually have you know validated transactions but the interesting thing about medical tourism is that outside of the united states a lot of these countries actually have transparency with medical data we don't have transparency with either price or data so that's kind of an interesting thing to to learn about so you can see pricing information you can see doctors you can see where they are on a map and then it links directly to their website. So you know, here's now we can we can jump into this. So obviously, with something like this, you know, the whole point of this is you have to do your own homework. And at no point are we making recommendations on this, but I want to consolidate the information and have, you know, the easiest interface and way for people to get access to this. But you're obviously if you're going to make a health care decision, going to want to do the deep dive. And as much as we're keeping the data updated, a lot of this data can't be updated automatically. A lot of healthcare related sites don't allow you to scrape the data. So in many of these cases, you know, there's a lot of manual data entry that still has to go on to stay on top of the facilities and who the doctors are and the contact information and so forth. But I think it's worth it to do because I think that once people see that this is available, because in my experience so far, most people have never thought of this, even though two point one million people last year from the United States did. go outside of the country for medical care, the average American has not heard of this existing at all and would certainly be shocked about the statistics because when you do digging on this, when you look at, you know, when I was putting together a presentation last week, I was looking for various testimonials and clips and of course, Well, if Good Morning America or NBC Nightly News is going to have a segment on medical tourism, it's always going to be the negative side of it. Why? Because they're funded by Pfizer. They're funded by Big Pharma. So they're going to put out a fear story about, oh, here's an outlier situation of somebody that had a horrible situation when they went to Mexico. And then they'll bring in some public health expert to talk about the risks of traveling abroad. Never talking, by the way, about the quality of the American health care system. And so it is actually pretty hard to get this information and get it in a way that is laid out where it's not agenda-based. So I'm just putting this information here. I don't make any money off of this. There's no referral model. There's no commission. There's no underlying economic model to this. My goal for doing this is to build the best site for information on medical tourism because I want to empower as many people as I can to take their medical decisions in their own hands. So you're not going to find a lot of other people that are, I guess, willing to do that kind of thing or even interested in that kind of thing. So this is where we are to start, and we're going to go through and even add more specifics and guides about all of these things. And in fact, what we did create was a medical tourism intelligence center to consolidate a lot of the information. And I got a lot of good feedback from the last episode. People were asking me questions about a whole variety of different things, about specific locations, about where to go, about what the process is. Um, so we've built some initial guides as well. So the medical tourism guide section tells you everything about, you know, the scam behind the US system and pricing and price markups and all of that other stuff. And the fact that insurance doesn't help either. And that's a scam and all the bankruptcies. This is a live bankruptcy counter. So if you do the math, it's, um, Five hundred thirty thousand families go bankrupt every year due to medical bills. That's fourteen hundred and fifty two per day, sixty per hour. That's one every minute. So I'm going to stay on this page for a minute. Not that I'm expecting a lot of people in general just to sit on on here. But there you go. One. So we've been on the site for one minute. So this is a live bankruptcy counter. So so so, you know, however long we're on this page, every minute that goes by, a new person has had to file for bankruptcy due to medical costs in this country. And so this goes into all of that information. But then it also goes into laying out this whole case that people have this mistaken belief that the United States has the best health care in the world. Now, I mean, it is a who ranking. So take that for what it's worth. But nevertheless, I mean, we're ranked thirty seventh, according to the World Health Organization. And by the way, good luck finding a source that wasn't bought and paid for that says that we're actually the best. But how many people do you know, if you asked them, if you said, Well, do you think America has the best healthcare system in the world? But you know, what percentage of your friends and family would say yes? And what percentage would think that it's? Right? So I think that putting this kind of information out there just in general as part of the site to educate people on the state of how bad the system is here, but also to give kind of a high level overview of comparisons of what you're looking at. So in terms of infection rates and also looking at in terms of success rates for treatments. And so this is... surface level for now, but in the future, I'd like to build on this. And if I can figure out a way to get the data loaded in an efficient way to be able to break down by procedure what you're looking at. So somebody again asked about dental. Okay, well, let's go and look at this section on on procedures so if you wanted a full mouth restoration in the united states it would cost sixty thousand dollars if you went to mexico it's eight thousand to twelve thousand costa rica ten thousand to fifteen thousand hungary nine thousand to thirteen thousand thailand twelve thousand eight thousand you're going to be saving eighty eighty five percent And as I said, I was amazing to find that there's a place called Molar City in Mexico, which has thirty three hundred and fifty dentists for over fifty four hundred residents. So it's the highest concentration per capita of dentists in the world. And I think it's like it's a same day trip. If you go from Arizona, it's a real short, short trip from Arizona. So Again, I thought that was fascinating. So if you have dental issues, it is the person who inquired on this. Oh, I'm not showing the page. My bad. You know what? This is all right. All right, my bad. Let me well go back. All right. So back to the site, the OSR site, there is a medical tourism guide. This is the problem here, by the way. I don't have my normal setup, so I'm kind of flipping between windows. So I can't see everything that's going on. So this is where we lay out. the information that I talked about last week, except in more detail. So this is that makes the case with all of the sources and citations for how the US system is a rip off, how pricing works, how markups work, how insurance works, how they you know how they make money. The whole issue on bankruptcies. Well, you know, maybe I'll wait for a minute here, too. This was the live bankruptcy counter I was talking about. So every minute in the United States, somebody files for bankruptcy due to medical bills. So the site will, you know, every minute the counter will change if you want to hang around on the on the page. There you go. And then some information and details about the bankruptcy. And I know a lot of people that reached out to me are concerned about this. People are concerned, oh, I need to keep my job so I can keep my insurance so that I don't lose my house if I go bankrupt. I've got bad news for you. Seventy-five percent of the people that go bankrupt due to medical bills had health insurance. Health insurance just doesn't really do anything. It's actually a fraud. It's a complete ripoff. And again, this goes through and talks about quality standards and everything else in the United States that provides a kind of an index of surgical site infection rates. And I'll be adding more content to this as well. I just I want this to be a one stop shop for people to be able to look at and see with charts and images and everything else the state of health care, but looked at from the standpoint of looking at it as a market, looking at it instead From your perspective, which is you just want to improve your health. You don't care about what the systems are. You're not wedded to what the systems are. So if you had a true free market where you had transparency in outcomes, transparency in prices, what would that look like? Well, that's what we want this site to be. That's what we want to build here and to make this information accessible to people. So I was saying we also have, and we'll add more and more procedures as this goes on, but dental and cosmetic procedures. So we're breaking down some of the larger ones and showing what the potential savings is. And dental is a big one for people. And I had been talking about this before, several podcasts ago about, I think I saw on TikTok a clip of somebody that it was cheaper for them to go to Thailand to get a root canal than to use their copay or use their dental insurance in California. And I'm like, wow, that seems interesting. And then when you dig into it, you find, wow, Thailand is actually literally the number one medical tourism destination in the world. And they pivoted to this after the Asian economic crisis. And so this was a growth area in the economy. This is just supply and demand and market dynamics. They decided, hey, maybe this is an area where we can excel. So more breakdowns, you want to get into all on four implants, or if you want to look at a single dental crown, which is two thousand dollars in the United States, it's two hundred and fifty dollars in Mexico, three hundred fifty dollars in Costa Rica. You can look at cosmetic surgery and then you can break these things down into more detail. So Brazilian butt lift, hair transplant, facelift. So again, we're going to continue to build this so that it's kind of a one-stop shop so that people can get just a quick sanity check on, does this make sense? Because you might think, oh my God, I've got to travel, I've got to stay somewhere. That can't possibly be cost effective. And the example that I used last week is that The Cleveland Clinic charges more just for the room. They charge, I think it was for a hip replacement or something like that. It's thirty thousand dollars just for the room at the Cleveland Clinic without any medical procedures being done, without any care, without any medicine, with nothing. Thirty thousand dollars. the entire process, including business class air travel for you and a companion, staying at a resort for the recovery process, all of the medication, all of the visits, checkup visits and everything else, and all of the aftercare, all of that combined is thirty thousand dollars. That's how big of a rip off it is that we have in this country. And I think the more people can learn about this and just see it in black and white, and I'll add calculators, I'll make these tools where, you know, rather than just lying on this generic information, you know, put in your own specific information, if you can get it right, because hospitals won't tell you this is the conundrum, right? Up until twenty twenty one, it was illegal for a hospital to tell you how much things cost. After twenty twenty one, there was a law that says hospitals need to provide transparency. But the caveat was they can just pay a three hundred dollar a day fine and not be transparent with the information, which is what ninety five percent of the hospitals do. So can you even get a price? on a procedure. This is how bad this is true. And you know, I will, I'm going to try to add things where people can share their own stories. That's the other thing, share testimonials, I want to build out a lot for this. So I want this to be like, again, this is a content site first, right? I'm not going to have any economic relationship with any of the providers in any way, shape or form. But my, my goal on this is that People come here and they use this to research, and then they push and they say, hey, it wouldn't be great if this facility took Zeno or Freedom Dollar, which I'm not going to make money on those transactions either. But the sole point of this is this to be the place with accurate and transparent information. that can open people's eyes and where people can then, again, also share their testimonials, share their stories. But also I think we need people sharing their horror stories about the system. I think if you go through and you start to understand this, if you understand how much you're getting ripped off, you're getting charged thirty seven dollars for aspirin, fifty five dollars for rubber glov
